Premier is a Providence-based developer and long-term owner. We take on historic buildings and complex sites, guide the work through design and construction, and remain responsible for what follows.
Some buildings ask for more than renovation.
David Corsetti knew Wanskuck long before he imagined owning it. Years later, he returned as its developer. The restoration went back to the structure itself: brickwork repointed and sealed, the roof rebuilt from its substrate, the first floor raised above the water table, and layers of later additions opened to natural light.
